MAMIDOIL JETOIL S.A. is a 100% Greek family-owned business. It was founded at the late 60s by three brothers, Kyriakos, George and Nikos Mamidakis. The company's scope of business was storage, transport and trading of petroleum-based products in Greece and the Balkans.

Today, the company is one of the largest petroleum trading companies in the Greek market, in terms of sales volume and turnover. It controls a network of approximately 600 petrol stations bearing the JETOIL brand and owns the single largest storage facility in the Balkans (not counting refineries) located in Thessaloniki, through which its Northern Greek network is supplied and exports are made to the Balkans (i.e. Albania, Bulgaria, Kossovo, Serbia, FYROM). It also owns a fleet of 30 tanker trucks for the distribution of products to its JETOIL network of petrol stations, as well as a fleet of 7 supply vessels for the supply of the islands and various other clients (coastal vessels, cruise-ships, fishing vessels, etc) with maritime fuel oil (bunkers).

The company is also actively involved in the trading of lubricants through its network of petrol stations, where it sells both the JETOIL brand and TOTAL products.

Through subsidiary companies, MAMIDOIL JETOIL has expanded its business to the Balkan countries, where it has invested in the establishment of storage facilities (Albania, Kossovo), petrol network (Albania) and trading (Albania, Bulgaria, Kossovo, Serbia, FYROM).

MAMIDOIL JETOIL S.A. forms part of the MAMIDAKIS BROTHERS GROUP, a group that is involved in shipping, hotels and tourism, as well as the production and sale of agricultural products such as extra virgin olive oil and wine from Crete.
