SILVERBIRD EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL FAMILY Extra Virgin Olive Oil : Higher-quality olive oil produced from olives of the “Koroneiki” variety. It is of low acidity and is rich in polyphenols, thus being a powerful antioxidant. It comes in 500ml glass bottles. Green Fresh Olive Oil : This olive oil comes from olives of the “Koroneiki” variety when they are green and raw. It is of low acidity and of high level of polyphenols and rich in antioxidants. It comes in 250ml glass bottles. Organic Olive Oil : This olive oil comes from olives of the “Koroneiki” variety in private OrganicOlive groves in Peloponnese. It is of low acidity and intense fruty aroma. It comes in 250ml glass bottles. Special Blend (of selection olives) Olive Oil : This olive oil comes from olives of the “Koroneiki and Manaki” varieties. Choice olive oil of low acidity, high in polyphenols and intense fruty aroma. It comes in 250ml glass bottles. There are also six infused extra virgin olive oils with extracts of garlic, basil, rosemary, oregano, lemon and chili. SILVERBIRD HONEY FAMILY Oak tree honey : This is one of the best varieties of honey from the oak trees on mountain Kissavos. Honey with distinctive colour, nutritional value and beneficial properties. It comes in 280gr glass jars. Pine honey : This variety comes from the regions of Euboea and Thassos. It is produced by bees that select honeydew. It is rich in antioxidants and brown in colour. It has a distinctive woody flavour similar to that of caramel. It comes in 280gr glass jars. Orange blossom honey : This variety offers all the flavour and fragrances of the orange groves of Peloponnese. Light shiny yellowcolourand intense, subtle, flowery aroma and a sweet flavour that lingers on. It comes in 280gr glass jars. Flower honey : This variety is producedin the region of Thessaly. It encloses all the fragrances and flavours of the flowers in this region. Colour is light and shiny. Aroma: Intense flowery fragrance and a sweet flavour that lingers on. It comes in 280gr glass jars. There is also three different variaties of olives ( Kalamon , Amfissis , Green Halkidiki ) which can be packaged whole,pitted or stuffed. All of them come in 310gr glass jars or bigger(to 1 kg).
